TO THE EXHIBITORS AT THE 30^th INTERNATIONAL GRAPHIC AND PAPER INDUSTRY FAIR GRAFIMA

Dear Sirs,

We are pleased to welcome you as an Exhibitor at the 30^th International GRAFIMA Fair, which takes place on a new date, September 17 - 20, 2008, at Belgrade Fair. We would like to send you some information on the terms significant for the success of your preparations for participation at the forthcoming event, as follows:

01/09/2008	- Deadline for Submitting Your Service Order and - Deadline for Submitting Your Stand Design for Approval
13/09/2008	- Stand Mounting Commencement
16/09/2008	- Deadline for the Stand Fitting Completion, till 8.00 p. m.
17/09/2008	- Event Opening for Visitors at 10.00 a. m. - Festive Event Opening, at 11.00 a. m.
20/09/2008	- Event Closing, at 6.00 p. m.
21/09/2008	- Stand Dismantle Commencement and Exhibit Removal, from 8.00 a. m.
23/09/2008	- Stand Dismantle Completion, till 8.00 p. m.

May we remind you that before the stand mounting commencement in the Hall, you have to obtain approval of your stand design in Belgrade Fair Design Office (the Exhibitors constructing their stands themselves) and make payment of the space rent. You may send your design for approval also by e-mail (in PDF format only) to the address:

In the stand mounting period, September 13 - 16, 2008 and the stand dismantle, September 21 – 23, 2008, the hall opening hours are from 8.00 a. m. to 8.00 p. m.

* THE EVENT OPENING HOURS FOR EXHIBITORS: :

 17/09/2008         - 8.00 a.m. - 6.30 p.m.

 18 - 20/09/2008  - 9.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m.

* THE EVENT OPENING HOURS FOR VISITORS: :

 17 - 20/09/2008 - 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.

*IMPORTANT:

- After the opening hours for visitors, any electric power at the stand shall be turned off, for safety reasons.

SPECIAL REMARK: The Exhibitors shall obey the time of the event opening and closing, i. e. the stand with exhibits shall be operative from its opening, on September 17, 2008, at 10.00 a. m. to the event closing, on September 20, 2008 at 6.00 p. m.
